Come and Knock On Our Door...

The house next door to us has been for sale for a while. We just barely found out that our good friend Will (pictured below) bought it! From now on it's going to be a Three's Company episode non-stop I'm sure.

We rented a jeep in St. Thomas, which was really fun. Until we left it parked at the hotel for a few hours, got back in that night, and I had a lizard crawling all over me. Needless to say there was a lot of screaming, and chaos. We pulled over a couple of times to find the little guy. Eventually we did, and everyone made it out alive.
(No animals were harmed in the making of this blog.)

Blogging is hard! Figured out how to post more than one pic at a time! Tough stuff though. Lesson learned.

This was the beach at our hotel.

This was Trunk Bay beach (a pretty famous beach) in St. John. The surf was too rough the day we went so they wouldn't let us swim.

So our taxi driver (who's name was Puff Daddy by the way--how cool is that?) took us to Koki Beach that was nearby. It was a private resort. Take a look at this sailboat. How pretty. A couple of the girls went scuba diving here and said it was awesome!

A View From the Top

We rode a gondola-type-tram to the top of the island and ate dinner. What a beautiful view of the island. There was live music, and luckily we were covered somewhat because it poured rain all through dinner. But don't worry we still had fun. This is us on our ride up.
