I'd Rather Be in Mexico And Other News

It's snowing like cray-cray tonight and having to scrape all off the white stuff off my car just made me want to be here....
Remember that view in Puerto Vallarta Nance? Those were the days...
I realized today how many birthdays we're celebrating this month (some were in late January, oops) Gotta love some of these old pics (I think it's more fun that way anyways) but here are the peeps turning a year older:
My seester and Swanny B

Cassie Lou (doing our punk jumps heehee)

My nephew Ry-Ry (how adorable is he on Halloween)
Christina Marie (actress at large)

Nance. Bday coming soon! Wish I had a slice o' that cake right now.... Mmm...Buttercream...
These 2 lovelies...Allie & Gracie...
And Candarooni (look how cute your hair looks!) And mmmm...cupcakes

Happy Birthday To All!

Our 21 Hour Road Trip

Took a last minute trip to St. George this weekend to surprise and cheer on our little T-Bone running the 1/2 marathon. We strolled onto St. George Boulevard no earlier than 3 am, and checked into a classy $36 a night motel.

In the morning we kept the class alive by making posters out of a gift bag...
Note to self: the St. George K-Mart does NOT sell posterboard.

We waited for T-Bone to round the bend. "Is that her?....Nope"

"Is THAT her?....Nope" And we kept on waitin'.

So naturally, while we waited we took some sassy poster shots.

Sarah then decided to walk up the trail a bit to see if she could find our little runner. Next thing we knew Sarah was running with T-Bone round the bend...

(To everyone that runs this race next year: Sar-Bear is going to leave you all behind in her dust)

That's enough of the socializing y'all. T-Bone had a race to finish.

And that she did. Congrats T-Bone! You did awesome!
We couldn't have done it without the cowbell. Another avid supporter even offered money for it. But we'd be crazy to part with a cowbell....

A quick bite to eat and then one last pic before we have to say goodbye to T-Bone.

And on our way back, nothing left to do in the car but take pictures of ourselves. It's only right.

Phewf. She kept her eyes on the road. Good thinkin.

One last road trip necessity...

Did you really think we'd leave without one?

You Got Served.

Word to the wise: Never leave your car unattended. Because KK and I are liable to put vanity plates on it while you're not looking.

Okay so the alleged victim didn't really get served since she really WOULD rather watch 90210.

Stay Classy, San Diego.

My quick trip to San Diego.
This post is long overdue since the trip was a few weeks ago. So long ago that I already need to go back!

Fish tacos by the beach, as T-Bone promised.

Oh, and these little gems from Vanilla. There WAS one more in the box before I took this pic but I just couldn't resist eating it.
Pensive Amanda.
Breakfast by the water. The food was SO good.

When T-Bone and I got manis on Halloween, we had a celebrity sighting. Okay well the mother of a celebrity. Ask me about it. It was way existential.

Oh how I miss the beach. Unfortunately I had to come back to reality, which for me the reality today is at least 6 inches of snow. Boo.

Nailed It.

Here's how Halloween turned out guys. Drum-roll please....
I went as court-ordered (and not happy about it) Lindsay Lohan.

Here is T-Bone disguised as Wonder Woman and Me as Li-Lo.
(Or should I say Me-Lo) T-Bone got a special Wonder Woman Mani. Check it out.

"Exhausted" Lindsanity.

Exhausted SAN-SANity.

Dear Lindsay, Girlfriend you need to pull it together and get some help.
Srsly. But dressing up as you sure brought on the LOL's!

My Favorite Pictures EVER. Part 1.

I want to try and post some of my favorite pictures. Mainly because when I look at these in particular, they make me laugh. Really hard.

Exhibit A.
None of us had a car in college so we walked to the grocery store all the time. So over the years we walked by this sign at the gas station about a million times and I laughed every time I read it. Like "wow, thanks for supplying free air, guys. Can't find that anywhere else." Finally got a picture of it. I look like I'm 12. And check out my mom jeans. And Taro's "WSU Housing" shirt. CLASSIC.

Exhibit B.
One year for Angela's birthday we wrote her a rap. We coerced Amanda and Andi into rapping it for us. So yes, they dressed the part. Check out Andi's fro wig. And Amanda put her pants on backwards. And last but not least, the Flava Flav clocks (my wall clocks no less) around their necks. When they were rapping I think the rest of us were laughing so hard we pretty much all died.

Stay tuned for more...
